NetMidas is a software staffing company based in Cali, Colombia since 2007. We have worked with a broad range of clients including large multinationals (including Apple), startups, international NGOs, and our digital products. Now we are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to work directly with an exciting Hawaiian client.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions, enabling our leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and company growth.
Requirements
Must Haves:
- Strong ability to communicate in English (Professional English proficiency)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) and other productivity tools.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and demands, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- High level of professionalism, initiative, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle all forms of communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion.
- Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain the confidentiality of executive communications and documents.
- Take initiative to resolve issues independently and proactively, ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet short deadlines without compromising quality.
- Oversee and coordinate office operations, ensuring a productive and well-organized environment.
Compensation, Contract, Terms
- USD 9 per hour, paid monthly.
- This is a Remote position.
- The client is based in Hawaii and you will work at least 4 hours per day in the (Hawaii–Aleutian Time Zone (HST; UTC−10:00)).
- Contract: Full-time, freelance (prestación de servicios) with our company in the US.
- Start date: ASAP
