We have worked with a broad range of clients including large multinationals (including Apple), startups, international NGOs, and our own digital products. Now we are looking for a seasoned Netsuite Expert to work directly with an exciting international client.

About our client

Portable Consultants revolutionizes enterprise networking by offering customizable solutions beyond traditional carriers. Simplifying vendor onboarding, we integrate sales, legal, invoicing, and support into one platform. Our carrier-agnostic approach reduces costs and enhances user experience, empowering clients to streamline IT infrastructures efficiently. They are looking for an experienced Netsuite ERP Developer to get their customer portal pulled via API data from NetSuite with some automation.

We are looking for an excellent, responsive, honest knowledge-level Netsuite developer to help us with a lot of work inside NetSuite regularly. Not enough for a full-time and or even part-time commitment but consistent work.

Position Summary

This is a project role that focuses on Oracle Netsuite; you will be provided with a set of tasks, you estimate the time necessary and the client approves that time. You will perform varied and complex duties and tasks to implement Netsuite products and technology to meet customer needs. You will deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements and may act as project team lead. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Requirements

Must Haves‍

• Excellent English communication skills (Professional Proficiency, minimum level B2) (Client-facing)
• 5+ years of overall relevant experience in Netsuite-centric functional or technical roles. 
• NetSuite or competitive cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution experience.
• Extremely confident in NetSuite workflow, customized reporting, and more.
• Experience creating external API that pulls data from Netsuite
• Experience writing codes
• Planning and Budgeting (EPM) experience as a user or a consultant is a plus.

Responsibilities will include:

• Small engagement/projects to start but assuming we find the right fit… there should be a consistent flow of projects for a while (the core of our business and we want to customize specifically to us).
• You would need to have examples of where you have written scripts and code with logic for other clients. We have roughly 10 + customized reports we need in the short term  
• Some misc. billing things we need someone to write code/logic to make work, where other developers left off.  
• Good at problem-solving.
• Good understanding of financial statements, recurring billing models, etc.
• We want to get our customer portal pulled via API data from NetSuite with some automation. In the best case, this person has written code to do this before, can modify it slightly for our needs and it goes faster.

Compensation, Contract, Terms

• This is a project-based role that may become a full-time position.
• USD 32 per hour, paid monthly.
• Contract: Small engagements/projects-based to start, possibly indefinite (depending on your performance), freelance (prestación de servicios) with our company in the US.
• This is a remote position and you will work in the EST time zone.
• Start date: ASAP
