NetMidas is a software staffing company based in Cali, Colombia since 2007. We have worked with a broad range of clients including large multinationals (including Apple), startups, and international NGOs. We seek a seasoned Project Manager to join our team and guide our clients in their strategic projects.

Brenock is a SAAS (Software as a service) company that's been in business for over 29 years, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our team. We work in a laid-back but result-oriented environment, always using the latest proven technology available. This role is a leadership role that will involve mentoring, documentation, estimating, and monitoring active development. You will be expected to manage new applications and solutions, as well as guide your fellow team members toward success.

Position Summary

As a Project Manager at Brenock, you will lead and manage key projects to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and under established standards. You will write project plans, organize priorities, and coordinate with stakeholders to track project progress. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage project risks and deliverables effectively.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Strong ability to communicate in English (Professional English proficiency).
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant Project Management experience.
• Experience with SDLC project management, including business case development, planning, design, and delivery.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with pipeline management and writing proposals.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of managing projects to successful completion.
• Experience working with international clients

Nice to Haves

• Project Management qualifications (i.e., Prince2, PMBOK, Agile).
• Experience in multi-technology solutions sales and project management.
• Knowledge of cruise line operations is preferred.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead project teams and manage project plans from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure projects meet business objectives.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and report on status to stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for improvements and ensure alignment with project goals.

Compensation, Contract, Terms

• 38 - 42 USD per hour, paid monthly.
• Contract: Full-time, Freelance (prestación de servicios) with our company in the US. 
• Location: Remote
