Week by week. Deliverable by deliverable. No mystery.
How a Studio engagement actually runs. No black box, no scope creep, no surprises.
Discovery Sprint.
Not a kickoff call. A real week of work, we run 3–5 sessions, produce artifacts, and deliver a signed Product Brief at the end.
- ✓ Product Brief: scope, user flows, feature list, non-goals
- ✓ Tech stack decision (documented with reasoning)
- ✓ Data model draft
- ✓ Risk register: what could kill this MVP
- ✓ Fixed-price proposal for phases 2–4
What you do: 4–6 hours of focused conversation across the week.
Core Build.
Foundation sprint. We build the bones: authentication, database schema, core data flows, the parts that everything else depends on. AI-assisted coding accelerates this meaningfully, but every decision is made by a senior engineer.
- ✓ Working authentication and account system
- ✓ Core data model deployed
- ✓ One end-to-end critical user flow working
- ✓ Weekly demo every Friday
What you do: show up to the Friday demo. Give feedback. That is the full ask.
Product Completion.
The user-facing build. Every feature in the signed Brief is built, QA’d, and deployed. The product goes from "works for us in dev" to "real users can sign up."
- ✓ Full feature set per Brief
- ✓ Mobile-responsive UI
- ✓ Deployed to production
- ✓ Basic analytics instrumentation
- ✓ QA pass
Handover & Decision.
Code handover is not the end, it is the decision point. You get the codebase and a PMF Readiness Report: what to look for, what would count as signal, and what would count as failure.
- ✓ Full codebase in your GitHub org
- ✓ Infrastructure access (Vercel, Supabase, etc.)
- ✓ PMF Readiness Report
- ✓ 30-day post-launch support window (Launch-Ready tier)
The boundaries are the offer.
Hourly billing
Fixed scope, fixed price, always.
Equity deals
Cash-only. We are not your co-founder.
Lock-in
Your code, your infrastructure, your data. Take it anywhere.
Scope creep
Every post-Brief feature request gets transparent pricing and a Phase 2 conversation.
